Lovely house with scenic surroundings in Mellböda where you are close to Böda's wide beaches.

The house has a secluded rural location with beautiful natural views.

There is another house on the plot which is also rented out via Stugsommar/Vi (house: 50500). This makes the accommodation perfect for two families who want to celebrate holidays together.

The house is not rented out to young people. Charging of electric cars is not permitted

You have only 1.8 km to Böda harbor where you have a fish shop, smokehouse and restaurant. There is also a swimming beach here. If you continue a little further, you have Böda's extensive white sandy beaches where you can enjoy wonderful summer days on one of Öland's most beautiful beaches.

You have a nice terrace with outdoor furniture where you can socialize and enjoy the holiday. The house is fresh and well furnished. You have an open living area with kitchen, dining area and a living area with a sofa that can be made into a double bed. Then on the way to the bathroom there is another walk-through room with a bunk bed.

There is so much to see and experience on Öland. You will find your own "gold nuggets", but to name a few suggestions, you have nice Byrum with its wonderful beach and its nice raukars.

In Byxelkrok you can enjoy strolling around down by the boathouses in the harbor where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. There are also beautiful pebble beaches here. In Löttorp there is also a large selection of shopping and restaurants. The lamb and the pig is a popular restaurant that many people visit at some point on their vacation. In Naturum Trollskogen you can walk through an old pine forest that brings to mind the world of fairy tales.
